5 reasons why I drink half a liter of mineral water with lemon in the morning! 💧🍋

In general, we spend seven to eight hours a day sleeping. That is almost 1/3 of the day. Even though our body reduces its energy level during that time, it loses about 400 ml of water due to breathing and sweating. Therefore, it is important to refill this loss quickly after waking up.
