What inspired you to become a Water Sommelier?

Water is an essential daily beverage, integral to our survival. Yet, many of us remain unaware of the intricacies of the water we consume regularly. The concept of a Water Sommelier offers a unique opportunity to explore and appreciate the diverse and nuanced world of water.

In the upcoming year, 2023, I am excited to have a unique opportunity to collaborate with a prominent sake company based in Japan. This partnership is particularly exciting as it allows me to leverage my extensive knowledge and expertise in the realm of mineral water to make a meaningful contribution to the company's production and product development processes.

How do you think valuing water contributes to a more sustainable future?

Local mineral water sources serve as the foundation for the global mineral water industry. These sources are not only essential for meeting the water demands of the local population but also for contributing to the worldwide availability of mineral water.


What else would you like to share with the community?

Mineral water plays a multifaceted role in the hospitality industry. It's not merely a beverage but a tool for creating a welcoming atmosphere, enhancing dining experiences, and promoting health and well-being. Offering quality water, coupled with excellent service, contributes to unforgettable guest experiences and establishes a positive reputation for any hospitality establishment.
