Borjomi is a naturally carbonated mineral water with a very high mineral content of 3.700 to 4.225 mg per liter. It is particularly rich in sodium (1.200-1.700 mg/l) and bicarbonate (3.000-4.250 mg/l). The water was first discovered by a wounded deer. The deer was healed by Borjomi water, and the huntsman who witnessed the miracle tasted the water and shared its rejuvenating powers with others. Borjomis journey begins at a depth of 8,000 meters underground, in the Lesser Caucasus Mountains, where it is enriched with more than 60 minerals and unique complexes, as it flows to the surface with 37 - 41°C.
