Antipodes is an artesian water from New Zealand that is sourced from one of the deepest aquifers in the country (327 meters deep). It is characterized by low mineralization of 130 mg per liter. At the time of bottling, it is between 50 and 300 years old. The high silica content of 78 mg per liter is what gives Antipodes its unique taste.
