1. General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you have placed your order, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund via your original payment method.

 

Orders may be shipped in multiple deliveries due to stock availability, product exchanges, warehouse logistics or differing storage requirements. In such cases, multiple transactions may appear on the cardholder’s statement.

 

2. Delivery locations

We deliver across the UAE, including the following Emirates: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Al Ain.

We do not sell or ship products to any OFAC-sanctioned countries, in full compliance with UAE laws and regulations.

 

3. Delivery time

Orders placed before 12:00 PM (local time) will be delivered the next day. This is subject to order volume and product availability.

Standard delivery: AED 25
