ABOUT ME
As a certified Water Sommelier and passionate ambassador for high-quality mineral waters, my goal is to educate people about the unique characteristics and diversity of water, our most important resource.
Since 2016, I have been studying mineral waters intensively, exploring their origins, remarkable properties and interactions with food, tea, coffee and other beverages. What began as pure curiosity has developed into a genuine passion. In 2022, this was recognised with the award 'Mineral Water Sensory Expert of the Year'.
Today, I share my knowledge and enthusiasm through water tastings, water bars at events and bespoke water menus, offering new and mindful taste experiences around the subject of water.
