REFUND, RETURN &
CANCELLATION POLICY

Your satisfaction is our highest priority. We always strive to ensure that every order is correct and delivered in perfect condition. However, we understand that things can sometimes go wrong. These terms and conditions explain what to do if you are not satisfied with a delivery.

 

1. Cancellations and returns

As our mineral waters are perishable food products, orders cannot be cancelled or returned after delivery. This enables us to guarantee the quality and safety of our products for all customers. We appreciate your understanding that change-of-mind returns are not possible.

2. Damaged or defective items

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrectly described product, please contact us immediately.

Upon receipt of the complaint, we will quickly assess the situation and either

  • replace the affected product or

  • issue a refund

 

For replacements:

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged

  • The replacement will be delivered on the next available delivery date in your region

  • Delivery times may vary depending on location

 

For refunds:

Refunds will be processed within seven business days using the original payment method

 

Please note that

  • to be eligible for a replacement or refund due to damage or defects, items must be unopened, unused and in the same condition as when received, including the original packaging and labels

  • The mineral waters come from different sources and each water has its own unique taste profile. We cannot replace or refund products based on personal taste preferences

 

3. Shipping and return costs

  • Standard shipping costs are non-refundable

  • If a product is defective or damaged, SOMMCADEMY will cover the cost of return shipping

  • Returns will not be accepted if you wish to return an order because you have changed your mind

 

4. Stock levels and order restrictions

We reserve the following rights:

 

  • To limit or cancel orders based on stock availability

  • To cancel orders where fraudulent activity is suspected

  • To refuse service or cancel future orders from accounts associated with confirmed fraudulent transactions

 

5. Force Majeure

Delivery delays can sometimes be caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as supply chain issues or weather disruptions. If this happens, we will notify you immediately.
