EIRA has an extremely light taste. It is similar to melted snow or glacial water. Compared to the still version, it contains very fine bubbles.

    Taste: Light and clean. The controlled, fine bubbles give the water a slightly sour taste.

     

    Recommendations: Oysters, caviar and light seafood.

     

    With a total dissolved solids (TDS) content of 36 mg/liter, EIRA is very low in minerals, with no single mineral dominating.
