OUR PHILOSOPHY
TASTE.
Taste, texture, and character. We demonstrate how exclusive mineral and healing waters can be experienced as genuine luxury products.
LEARN.
We convey not only taste, but also knowledge. Which minerals make water special, and how do they affect us?
ELEVATE.
We are raising the status of mineral water in the society and setting new standards in the hospitality industry. It's time for water to be given the same status as wine or coffee.
ABOUT ME
As a certified Water Sommelier and passionate ambassador for high-quality mineral waters, my goal is to educate people about the unique characteristics and diversity of water, our most important resource.
Since 2016, I have been studying mineral waters intensively, exploring their origins, remarkable properties and interactions with food, tea, coffee and other beverages. What began as pure curiosity has developed into a genuine passion. In 2022, this was recognised with the award 'Mineral Water Sensory Expert of the Year'.
Today, I share my knowledge and enthusiasm through water tastings, water bars at events and bespoke water menus, offering new and mindful taste experiences around the subject of water.
