There are many opinions on the internet that fluoride is highly toxic and has no place in drinking water. Even at a level of 0.26 mg/l, comments such as 'I don't know what the point is, but they all contain fluoride' and 'The important thing is that there is as little fluoride as possible, preferably none at all!' can be found.
For the sake of the community, I therefore introduce ten mineral waters that contain less than 0.1 mg of fluoride per litre 😘
Appenzell from Switzerland 🇨🇭 with less than 0.1 mg fluoride per liter and Krumbach from Germany 🇩🇪 with 0.06 mg fluoride per liter.
Bad Brückenauer from Germany 🇩🇪 with 0.06 mg fluoride per liter and St. Leonhards from Germany 🇩🇪 with 0.06 mg fluoride per liter.
Jana from Croatia 🇭🇷 with 0.02 mg fluoride per liter and Tau from Wales 🏴 with 0.018 mg fluoride per liter.
Eira from Norway 🇳🇴, in which fluoride is not detectable, and La Gioia from Italy 🇮🇹, in which fluoride is not detectable.
Lauretana from Italy 🇮🇹, in which fluoride is not detectable, and Black Forest from Germany 🇩🇪, in which fluoride is not detectable.
I will address the topic of fluoride in drinking water in more detail in a separate blog post soon.
Best regards,

P.S. Fluoride free toothpaste is also available, of course! But not on this page! 😜
