At the time of bottling, it is between 50 and 300 years old. The high silica content of 78 mg per liter is what gives Antipodes its unique taste.     Taste: The water is extremely clean and soft with a fine carbonation. It resets the palate.

     

    Recommendations: It pairs well with white fish, grilled turkey and light Asian dishes (not spicy) as well as fruit platters.

     

    With a total dissolved solids (TDS) content of 130 mg/liter, Antipodes is low in minerals.
