Zaku originates from the Zakumuiza spring, located near Riga in Latvia. The spring was discovered in 1936. Surrounded by dense pine forests, the spring is located in a protected area. With a total mineralisation of 210 mg per litre, the water is considered low in minerals.

Taste: Zaku Still presents itself on the palate as soft, balanced, and exceptionally pure in taste, with a pleasantly light mouthfeel.

Recommendations: Zaku Still pairs perfectly with white fish, fresh vegetables, and quinoa salad with fresh herbs. It also harmonizes excellently with mild cheeses such as mozzarella or burrata.

With a total dissolved solids (TDS) content of 210 mg/liter, ZAKU water is low in minerals, with no single mineral dominating.
